**Reade.Me Ltd Return Policy for Digital 360 Virtual and Physical Fine Wall Art**

**1. Digital 360 Virtual Art**
1.1 **Non-Returnable Nature**
- Digital 360 Virtual Art purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content. Once access has been granted or files have been downloaded, the sale is final.
1.2 **Technical Issues**
- If you experience any technical issues accessing or viewing your Digital 360 Virtual Art, please contact our support team at support@reade.me within 7 days of purchase. We will provide assistance to resolve the issue.
**2. Physical Fine Wall Art**
2.1 **Eligibility for Returns**
- Physical fine wall art may be returned within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- The item is in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- Proof of purchase is provided (i.e., receipt or order confirmation).
2.2 **Return Process**

2.3 **Return Shipping Costs**
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Reade.Me Ltd is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
